I did! I set out to finish this blanket by New Year’s Eve and I finished it on the 30th. I spent the 31st doing the double sided border and hiding all the tails.
I am so thrilled with how it turned out. It definitely is my Crochet Masterpiece! It is nearly a full queen size and is the biggest crochet blanket I have ever made. It took me about 7 months to complete and that last month I was working for at least two hours a day. Each row took about 30 minutes to complete, with the more complicated rows taking a bit longer. It is heavy enough to feel like a lightweight weighted blanket yet has enough gaps in the stitches to allow air to ventilate.
