Mason Jar Shakers for Your Daily Shake

During my harsh chemical swap-out (when I first got into essential oils) I gave away all of our plasticware — left over containers, cups and also my daily shaker bottle.

Instead of investing in a bunch of high-end glass shaker bottles, I made my own using wide-mouth pint-and-a-half mason jars, plastic wide-mouth lids (okay, so not totally free of plastic, but my drinks don’t sit in it at least), metal shaker balls and protective silicone sleeve. Plus, since its glass, I can safely add essential oils to my shakes then, after breakfast at work, I wash the glass mason jar to use it to heat up my favorite vegan Amy’s soup for lunch.

Ready to ditch your old, stinky plastic shaker bottles? Here’s the ones I bought on Amazon.
