The last mandala painting of my week long Sacral Chakradance practice. It’s been a long “week” filled with emotions, breakthroughs and I am feeling complete and healed. While the dancing is therapeutic, the painting experience has been challenging, rewarding and enlightening. I’m intrigued as to what the Solar Plexus Chakradance week will bring.
