Power Mandala

Really enjoying a new practice I’ve been doing for two weeks. Following the Chakradance book, I’ve been painting intuitive and energized mandalas after each dance. It’s been eye opening.

As an artist, it’s challenging yet freeing to set brush to paper with no preconceived idea in your head how it’s “supposed” to turn out. As a soul explorer, it confronts you with truths, inspiring and motivating or challenging and healing.

This mandala named itself “Power”. It makes me feel balanced, energized, content and asks me, “What do you choose? Flying or falling? Holding or Giving? It’s up to you to choose your point of view.”

Most intrigued by the size of the peach swirl. It challenges my previous belief that most of my power came from my Solar Plexus Chakra. Now I am wondering if I’ve been operating from where I’m “good at” and it’s Sacral that is where I’m “great”.
