Valentine’s Afghan

I was excited to start this blanket when I saw all the variegated cotton yarn colors. My favorite is the peach-yellow-lavendar one. The diverse colors help soften the vibe from stereotypical Valentine’s to something more unique and intriguing. There are some instructions on YouTube how to make the simple stitches but I decided to support a local artist and purchased a pattern on an Etsy shop. The blanket is mostly white double crochet row followed by a color of chains and double crochets.

This was crocheted using 100% cotton yarn:
I Love This Cotton Yarn #6 White
I Love This Cotton Yarn #99 Rosey II
I Love This Cotton Yarn #60 Red
I Love This Cotton Yarn #82 Burnt Sienna
Print I Love This Cotton Yarn #346 Harvest
